InterVarsity Christian Fellowship
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry recognizes that some of the most influential mission fields are found where ideas are born and leaders are shaped. That's why we support InterVarsity Christian Fellowship, a movement that has been transforming university campuses since 1941, establishing witnessing communities of students and faculty who follow Jesus with their whole lives. Our connection runs deep through our own Don Paul Gross, who serves as Regional Director of Graduate Student and Faculty Ministries, giving us a front-row seat to see how God is moving in the academy.

Siloam Health
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry believes in being the hands and feet of Jesus, showing His love through action. That's exactly what we're doing through our partnership with Siloam Health—a faith-based healthcare organization right here in Nashville that serves our city's most vulnerable neighbors.

St. Luke’s Community House
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry is rooted in the belief that true Christian love means walking alongside our neighbors in their times of need. We've found a kindred spirit in St. Luke's Community House, an organization that has been faithfully serving Nashville families for over a century. Founded in 1913 by our fellow Episcopalians in Middle Tennessee, St. Luke's shares our commitment to meeting people exactly where they are and empowering them toward a brighter future.

The Village at Glencliff
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry understands that sometimes the most profound acts of love happen in the quiet moments when society isn't watching. That's where we find The Village at Glencliff, a remarkable ministry born from the vision of Rev. Ingrid McIntyre and the generous heart of Glencliff United Methodist Church, which donated a portion of their land to make healing possible for Nashville's most vulnerable neighbors.

New Life Restoration Ministries
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry knows that sometimes the most transformative work happens in places the world has forgotten. That's where we find New Life Restoration Ministries, a beacon of hope rising from Kibera, one of Africa's largest urban settlements. Founded in 1997 by Bishop Dr. Paul Mbithi and Reverend Grace Mbithi, this remarkable ministry has spent over 25 years proving that hope, healing, and transformation are not only possible, they're happening every single day.

Charis Ministries
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry believes that sometimes the most powerful witness happens not in grand gestures, but in the quiet act of showing up when someone needs you most. That belief finds its perfect expression through our partnership with Charis Ministries, a Nashville organization that has spent over twenty years operating on a beautifully simple principle: "Delivering the gospel with a box of food." While most food assistance requires people to come to a location during specific hours, Charis recognizes that some of our most vulnerable neighbors simply cannot make that journey.

The Branch of Nashville
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry understands that true transformation happens when barriers fall and authentic community rises. That vision comes alive powerfully through our partnership with The Branch of Nashville, located in the Antioch neighborhood where neighbors from over 20 different languages call home. The Branch recognizes a profound truth: people flourish in community, but our society is often fractured by social, financial, religious, political, and ethnic divisions. Their response is beautifully simple and revolutionary: create a place where everyone has a voice, acceptance, and welcome.

Rooftop Nashville
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry believes in the profound truth that sometimes the most transformative work happens before crisis becomes catastrophe. That wisdom is embodied in our founding partnership with Rooftop Nashville, a collaborative ministry born in 2005 from the recognition that keeping families housed is far more powerful than helping them recover from homelessness. As one of Rooftop's partner congregations, St. B's has been part of a revolutionary approach that pools resources from over 50 congregations across Nashville to interrupt the eviction cycle before it destroys lives.

Room In The Inn
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry understands that sometimes the most sacred moments happen when we simply open our doors and our hearts. That spirit of radical hospitality is at the very foundation of our partnership with Room In The Inn, a ministry that began in 1985 with nothing more than peanut butter and jelly sandwiches offered by priest Charles Strobel to those gathered outside his East Nashville church. St. B's was one of the original twelve congregations to join this movement in 1986, and for nearly four decades, we've opened our doors every Saturday night during winter, proving that true transformation happens when community becomes family.

ShowerUp Nashville
At St. Bartholomew, our Mission & Outreach (M&O) ministry knows that sometimes the most profound expressions of God's love come through the simplest acts of care. That truth drives our partnership with ShowerUp Nashville, a mobile ministry that brings dignity directly to those who need it most. What started as a family wondering how to offer a "hug" instead of just a "handshake" has become a movement that proves that clean water and genuine care can restore hope to the hopeless.
