Giving

We believe that we are called to be grateful, good stewards of all the gifts that God has given us. The tradition of giving back to God what is God's comes from the Biblical practice of “tithing,” or giving a tenth of our earnings back to God (Numbers 18:26) but we welcome participation at whatever level you are able. We believe that giving is a spiritual matter of acknowledging God's abundance and sharing out of that abundance. Stewardship is also not just about financial contributions to the church but also participating in the life of our community by offering our time and gifts to the ministries of the church. 2025-2026 Annual Giving Campaign

Make Your Promise of Support

Dear Friends,

We pray this note finds you nourished by the love and presence of God made known among us.

As we enter this season of gratitude and generosity, we invite you to reflect on the ways you have been fed – spiritually, emotionally, and communally – through the life we share together at St. B’s. This year’s stewardship theme, “With This Bread Shall All Be Blessed,” is drawn from the hymn “My God, Thy Table Now is Spread.” Its words remind us that God’s table is ever open and overflowing with love; it calls us to gather, to be fed, and to share that Bread with the world.

Each week, we come to the table to receive the Bread of Life – a sign of God’s boundless grace. From that table, we are sent out to become a blessing ourselves: to feed the hungry in body and spirit, to comfort those in need, and to share the good news that all are welcome here. As we plan for the coming year, we give thanks for the ways our parish continues to grow in faith, in service, and in love, and we look ahead with hope for how God will continue to use us to bless others.

There are two ways you can be a part of this year’s giving campaign:

You are invited to share what nourishes you most about St. B’s and to prayerfully consider your financial promise for the year ahead. Your generosity allows us to set the table well – to support our ministries, care for one another, and extend the hospitality of Christ to all who seek it.

Thank you for being part of this community of grace and abundance. Together, we trust that God’s love will continue to overflow – until, indeed, with this Bread shall all be blessed.
