Feast Days

We take to heart the words of Jesus that describe the Kingdom of God like a feast, banquet, or, i.e., a party. So when a feast day in the liturgical year arrives, we celebrate together. The seven principal feasts are Christmas, Epiphany, Easter, Ascension Day, Pentecost, Trinity Sunday, and All Saints Day

You will notice our worship is elevated on each of these days. Our celebration moves beyond the service for Epiphany, Easter, Pentecost, and All Saints. Additionally, at St. B's, we mark the feast of St. Bartholomew on the last Sunday of August and the Feast of St. Francis with an Animal Blessing at the beginning of October.

Garden games, a bonfire, red balloons, food trucks, egg hunts, and evensong are just a few ways we celebrate together.
