These are ministries which focus on caring for the St. B's family's physical, emotional and spiritual needs through prayer and compassionate relationships.
Prayer Ministries

Prayer Desk

Provides immediate prayer and support during communion, to those who come to Sunday morning worship. Teams of two stand at the left and right side of the altar during communion to pray with those who have specific needs - physical, emotional or spiritual, or want to give God praise or thanks. The Prayer Desk Ministry Bible study meets Saturday mornings in the Parish Hall room 117 from 9:00AM-11:00AM. .
Prayer Chain

The St. B's prayer chain is for issues that need immediate prayer coverage. There are two channels for submitting prayer requests: one is by telephone to the church office at (615) 377-4750 or by email to Dawn Grant.
Intercessors

Group of "prayer warriors" who pray for the individual prayer requests submitted by people after Sunday services. This group is committed to praying for the individual needs of the people and church ministries overall each week as requested. The intercessors prayer group meets each Friday from 10:00AM-11:00AM in Room 119.
Hospital Care Ministry

Provides support to individuals in the hospital through personal visits, prayer, and administering communion. The Hospital Care Ministry team serves as the focal point for communication to the church office and clergy on St. B's family member's surgeries, and hospital stays. If you are in the hospital, please let the church office know at (615) 377-4750.
Shut-In Ministry

Provides emotional support to St. B's members who are confined to their home or a facility through periodic personal visits, phone conversations and / or written communication.
Manna Food Ministries

Provides food temporarily for St. B's families with illness in the family, and also for families with loved ones recently released from hospital care.
Counseling Resources
