Children
Children's Formation at St. B's believes that the same Holy Spirit that works in and through adults works the same way in and through our kids. With this in mind, our focus mirrors the vision and mission of our adult formation programs. We offer a variety of activities and learning opportunities for children, knowing that, like the adults, children have varying interests, gifts and attention spans.
8:30 Sunday Mornings
Nursery (up to 3 year olds)
The main goal of our Nursery program is to reach out and show God's love to our youngest parishioners and their parents.
3 1/2 year olds (potty trained) - 7 year olds: Catechesis of the Good Shepherd
8 years through 6th grade: Liturgical Journey (leadership training) takes place the first 2 Sundays of each month.
Children's Sunday School
Sunday Mornings, 10:30-11:30AM
Classes are divided by age group or grade in school.
Acolyte Training
Available to 3rd graders - Teenagers
These young people are trained to assist the priest during the church services. They play an important role as leaders of the worshiping community and are a role model to many of the parishioners on the Sundays they serve. Training takes place 3-4 times a year. Contact Robert Rhea
